$75/night*, and with 2-night reservation, subsequent nights are only $50*!

and trust we'll do the same this year!)

Reservations

Reservations may be may via e-mail (jeffreyb@skybest.com) or phone (1-800-499-3555). Payments/Deposits (2011 CHANGES - PLEASE READ!): Due to the increasingly astronomical fees for credit card transactions, we have decided to use PayPal for all transactions other than check/cash, as the fees are slightly less mind-boggling. It is an easy, secure way to send payments using debit or credit cards (we don't see any bank info), so if that is your preferred method of payment, we should all still be happy campers! You can also send money from your bank account thru PayPal if you'd like. All you need to use PayPal is an email address and a PayPal account, which is EASY to set up. If you need instructions on how to submit payment, we'll send them after you make a reservation.


* PayPal - The entire amount must be sent at least 7 days prior to your arrival. If you would like to pay only part thru PayPal, that portion must be sent to jeffreyb@skybest.com at least 7 days prior to your arrival. Unless other arrangements are made, the balance is due upon your arrival with cash or money order (once you are a returning cabineer, a check is fine, too!).

* Cash - If you are coming to Angel Mountain Cabin for the first time, and you'd like to pay for your stay with cash, please be prepared to send a small deposit (to be determined based on the number of nights reserved). You may also send it thru PayPal.


We are sorry for any inconvenience these changes may cause, but we are trying hard to keep our rates down so you can come see us!


 

STANDARD RATE: $95 per night + tax (for 2 people)

(NOTE: Standard discounts do not apply during Black Squirrel Winter Special)

* 5-night stay - 5% discount
* 6-night stay - 7.5% discount
* 1-week stay - 10% discount
* 2-week stay - 20% discount

The charges for 1-7 nights, including tax (currently 9.75%), are as follows:

1 night = $104.26 / Black Squirrel Winter Special (thru March 31, 2012) - $82.31
2 nights = $208.53 / Black Squirrel Winter Special (thru March 31, 2012) - $164.63
3 nights = $312.79 / Black Squirrel Winter Special (thru March 31, 2012) - $219.50


NOTE: Above rates do not include pets or extra guests over 8 years of age.

PET/EXTRA GUEST FEES:
One-time fee (per visit) for extra humans over 8 years or pets:

$10 - 1 extra guest/pet
$15 - 2 extra guests/pets
$20 - 3 extra guests/pets

Cancellations

We ask the following notice for cancellations:

48 hours for 'off-peak' times (weekdays, winter)

2 weeks for 'peak' times (holidays, special events, summer, fall)

No-show guests will be held responsible for one night's stay. Guests who shorten their reserved stay upon arrival will still be held responsible for one additional night's stay.

We are trying to avoid the typical non-refundable fees charged by many other lodging facilities, so please call early if there is a change of plans!

 

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in is any time after 2:00 PM on the day of your scheduled arrival; if you arrive prior to that time and the cabin is ready, you are welcome to check in then. Check-out is appreciated by 11:00 AM on the final day of your reservation unless other arrangements have been made.

 

Smoking

Smoking is not allowed in the cabin - no exceptions!

 

Pets

Pets are allowed, providing they are with you most of the time; if they are ever left in the cabin alone, we ask that they be crated.

The one-time pet fee (per visit) is $10 for one pet, $15 for two, $20 for three.
